My Bookish Wishlist

Books, books. I own a lot of them, but never quite enough of them. Which is why when Ryan of Invaluable {an online auction place that auctions a lot of things, including first edition books} asked me to make a list of my dream literary collection, I jumped on it, of course. Also, I wouldn't really slaughter faces for them, just my odd sense of humor rearing it's ugly head.

How To Train Your Dragon Box Set

I've read all of the books, and yet I only own one, the last one. It would be a dream to buy all twelve of them.

Alas for now I'm trying to focus on only buying books that I really want to read that just came out and my public library doesn't have yet.

But I hope one day in the future I'll be able to get the entire box set.

Little Men Lot #297

Little Women was one of the first books I picked up after Little House of the Prairie. At the time I didn't know it was a series, and only read the first {which while good the ending kind of, okay really made seven year old me mad.} but I still do intend to finish it out one day.  And why not better with a beautifully blue  antique edition. {the picture to the left isn't the one I'm describing, I just couldn't find a good picture of the gorgeous blue one, which is a huge shame.}
Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone Lot #3

Yes, yes I know the cover and the title don't match. One is the US's sorcerer's stone, and the other is the UK's philosopher's stone, but that don't matter cause this one is signed by J.K. Rowling. Yess!!! Signed by Rowling herself.

Unfortunately it apparently has been sold, now the url leads to a signed drawing of Miffy the Rabbit?
Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone Illustrated Edition

This thing is beautiful, and I love it when books have lots and lots of pictures! Any full sized book that promises lots of illustrations is most definitely on my TBR list.

You may be surprised to find out I'm not actually that big of a fan of the Harry Potter series. I'm just really committed to reread it, and while I'm at it, I might as well read it in every version imaginable.

So What Would You Put
On Your Dream Books List?
